Gameplay

Xeno Rangers combines the best of real time strategy, tower defense and action platforming gameplay.

Build your Base

Each level has red crystals spread around which represent positions players can construct buildings or turrets. Players must choose wisely what to build and where as there are limited build spots and the enemy attack paths can turn out to be... unpredictable...

Harvest Resources

To accumelate resources, killing the enemy isn't enough. Players need to roam the map for chests to pick up which contain numerous random rewards. In addition blue crystals are spread around the map which players can harvest for funds.

Defend your Base

Your base is a lot more than just turrets: you can buy / upgrade weapons, items, and more!

Using a combination of weaponry and structures you need to defend your HQ from the enemy hordes until the end!

Story

The tragedy of Dr Calvin Murphy

In 1955 Dr Calvin Murphy was working on experimental particle beams aiming to materialize the dead through their long-lost particle residue.

After years of experimentation he was finally ready to test his device, and over the course of the next decade travelled the world to pick up 'particle residu' from long gone 'heroes' he wanted to resurrect.

While the resurrection process was far from perfect, and kept his subjects bound to his technology, he managed to resurrect 4 historical figures that could now work for him.

Unfortunately for Calvin, Disaster struck. After years of use, ironically the machine that was meant to revive the dead, gave Dr Murphy lethal radiation disease.

As he couldn't revive himself after death, he did the only thing he could; upload his conscience into an experimental computer.

Following years of reconstructing his mind, Dr Murphy was finally back online....ready to continue his mission.

Desperately needing money to continue his program, Calvin turned to sinister mercenary mission assignments... this one taking him and his team to the depths of the infamous hollow earth...

'Snake' - Leroy Picket

Leroy "Snake" Picket, born in 1854 in Deadwood, Dakota Territory, was a notorious cowboy outlaw known for his cunning and elusive nature. He led the "Picket Posse" in a series of daring train and bank robberies across the American frontier, becoming one of the Old West's most feared criminals. Picket's legend endured due to his exceptional horsemanship and mysterious disappearance in 1889.

'Bonzo' - Igor Volkov

Igor Volkov, a Soviet cosmonaut, tragically died during a pioneering mission to Uranus, marking a somber chapter in space exploration history.

At the same time, a monkey was launched into space on an experimental spacecraft, also perishing in the upper atmosphere. The monkey's name was Bonzo...

Dr Calvin Murphy's particle machine latched on, and mixed up both residu's, creating a hybrid...

Pierre Courtois

Pierre Courtois, an infamous French hero of the Hundred Years' War, valiantly protected a small French town from the English. Renowned for his strategic brilliance and unwavering courage, Pierre successfully thwarted numerous English attacks, safeguarding the king's treasure. His heroic efforts became legendary, symbolizing French resistance and resilience against overwhelming odds.

'Nanny' - Karin Wood

Karin Wood, infamously known as "Nanny," was a Victorian-era serial killer. Beneath her nurturing exterior, she secretly carried out a series of gruesome murders, targeting unsuspecting victims within the local community. Her reign of terror ended when her dark deeds were uncovered and she was executed.

Dr Calvin Murphy's machine accidentally latched onto her particle residu.
